Consultations on protection of intellectual property:
patenting of inventions, utility models, industrial designs;
registration of trademarks, service marks, appellations of origin;
registration of license agreements and the alienation of the exclusive rights;
preparation of documents for registration of computer programs, databases;
preparation of materials related to the extension of the exclusive rights to intellectual property;
patent and legal support of agreements for execution and transfer of R&D and technology.
Patent Services:
patent information for various research and development projects;
searching and copying patents (the Russian Federation and foreign countries);
providing access to patent databases of the Russian Federation and international patent databases;
identification of classification numbers and indexes;
patent search, infringement search (according to GOST 15.011-96).
In addition, CSTI established the Technology and Innovation Support Centre. The Centre provides access to the patent, scientific and technical resources, as well as to the information retrieval system of the Federal Institute for Industrial Property (FIPS) (from 1924 to the present time), Patentscope (search that is carried out in different languages, including Russian), and Espacenet.

digital library of technical documents.
Printing works:
copying of technical drawings (up to A0);
direct printing of documents from various computer media;
scanning CAD drawings, blueprints or any wide format technical documents;
binding, designing page layouts;
black-and-white printing, photocopying.
