This letter is to express hope for the development of cooperation with our company - Tatarstan Center of Scientific and Technical Information (CSTI).

Tatarstan CSTI was founded in 1957 and determined by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of state administrative functions in the field of intellectual property management in science, technology, information resources, research, innovation and production activities of enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The coordinator of Tatarstan CSTI is the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan is responsible for innovation in the country.

Tatarstan CSTI is the largest informational agency of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Volga region and a major intelligential of scientific and technical information to enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the only government agency leading the accounting, security, protection and management of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Fundamental projects of Tatarstan CSTI:

  We are the main developers and providers of the long-term target program "Development of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 – 2020 years", adopted by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013. We are proud to be the first in the Russian Federation in development of intellectual property. On the basis of our company was founded the Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is responsible for all matters related to the protection of intellectual property activities used in the Republic of Tatarstan.

  We are entrusted with the state registration, recording and storage of the results of research and development projects funded by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

  In conjunction with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and "RUSNANO" we are the main actors of the long-term target program "Development of nanotechnology in the Republic of Tatarstan". The program is aimed at the creation new innovative productions of nanotechnology products in the Republic of Tatarstan.

All our projects are focused on the development of both the Republic of Tatarstan, as a whole, and for companies in the region to create a civilized market of intellectual property.

Nowadays Tatarstan CSTI is the entry point for many partners of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are regions of Russia, CIS, USA, Europe and Asia. We fruitfully develop long-term relationships with international organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Bank, the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and others. Our stable ties enable our partners to productively interact with the major institutions of the Russian Federation – "RUSNANO", Skolkovo, Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, Agency for Strategic Initiatives, state structures of small and medium-sized businesses.

Cooperation of Tatarstan CSTI with the international community contributes to widespread adoption of innovations and new technologies in enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in the broad areas of industrial activity, such as oil production, oil refining, chemicals, mechanical engineering, transport, agriculture, IT.
